Nose finally off the grindstone

Hello again! I've been too busy to write on the blog for weeks. Mainly due to work. And a bit of holiday time. But as I don't a computer at home I rely on lazy periods at work to blog. And I haven't had a lazy period in weeks.

If you're interested, we have been redesigning the website I work on across the last 6 months, with the month leading up to the launch of the new look and new pages last Monday being particularly hectic. This is the site: www.parliament.uk. You should have seen it before.

I didn't do all the pretty colours and pictures. We got an australian in to do that. I worked on the unglamourous rearranging of the navigation, and generally making the site make sense. I also put together the slightly more glamorous image gallery. I'm really quite proud of the thing. Pride? In my work? What the hell happened to me?

Anyway, I now have a small amount of time to slack of and write this. So I will be catching up soon, with a festival, a trip to Paris, and a heap of films to drone on about. TTFN.
